I study how the immune repertoire decides between tolerance and disease, linking clonal diversity to T-cell fate, tissue adaptation, and pathogenic potential.

As a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Copenhagen (Skin Immunology Research Center, LEO Foundation, dir. Pr. Jonathan Coquet), I investigate TCR repertoire dynamics across human and mouse models, integrating single-cell and bulk repertoire analyses with high-dimensional immunophenotyping and functional assays.

My doctoral work at INFINITY (Toulouse) uncovered filamin dosage as a control node for Th2 lymphocyte function, a mechanism now protected by a European patent and translated toward asthma therapy.

Beyond the bench, I build. As founder & CEO of Biotraxion and KIMA Holding, I drive product vision and R&D across embedded systems, computer vision and AI, taking laboratory science into regulated, real-world deployment.
